Meadow Brook is a condominium community on Meadow Brook Lane in Branson, Missouri, about 2.5 to 3 miles from both Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo. Thousand Hills Vacations rents one condo here, Meadow Brook 1-3, a walk-in level 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 6 and welcomes up to two small dogs.
It suits families and friends who would rather stay near the lakes, with a screened-in patio, a pool and hot tub on the grounds, and the 76 Strip attractions about 3.5 to 5 miles away.
The Meadow Brook Condo at a Glance
Meadow Brook 1-3 has a king bed in both bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, which is how it sleeps six. The listing lists:
- Two bedrooms with a king bed each, oversized bedrooms and closets
- Two bathrooms
- A fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, dishes, cookware and small appliances
- A dining area, cable TV and free Wi-Fi
- A screened-in patio with outdoor seating
- Free parking for up to 2 vehicles
Walk-In Level and Dog Friendly
The condo is on the walk-in level, so there are no stairs and no elevator between the parking and the front door. That helps guests who would rather avoid stairs, and anyone carrying in a week of luggage.
Up to two dogs of 35 pounds or less can come along, with a non-refundable pet fee for each dog. Dogs need to be current on vaccinations and flea and tick prevention, leashed outdoors, kept off the furniture and beds, and crated when left alone in the condo. The listing also suggests bringing vet records in case they are needed. If your dog is bigger, look through our other Branson rentals that welcome dogs.
Pool, Hot Tub and Koi Pond on the Grounds
Meadow Brook guests share a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub, and the grounds include a koi pond, landscaped walking paths and communal charcoal grills. Bring your own charcoal, since the listing notes it is not provided. The condo’s screened-in patio gives you a bug-free spot to eat outside.
Two Lakes Within Three Miles
Meadow Brook sits closer to the water than to the Strip. These are the distances published on the listing:
- Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo, about 2.5 to 3 miles
- Moonshine Beach and State Park Marina, about 2.8 to 3 miles
- The 76 Strip and its major attractions, including the Titanic Museum, the aquarium and Dolly Parton’s Stampede, about 3.5 to 5 miles
- Branson Landing, about 6.8 miles
- Silver Dollar City, about 7.5 miles
Anglers heading for the trout water can compare this condo with our two homes right on Lake Taneycomo, both with a private hot tub.
