We know you may have questions about our amenities or the check-in process, how it all works, and so forth.   • What is your cancellation policy?

    All reservations are subject to a non-refundable Reservation Fee charged at the time of booking. We offer a full refund, minus this fee, if canceled at least: 7 days prior to Check-In for 2-bedroom and smaller cabins and condos, 14 days prior to Check-In for 3-bedroom and larger cabins and condos, or 30 days prior to Check-In for vacation homes and lodges. Inside of these timeframes, the full balance of the reservation is due and becomes fully non-refundable. If you're unsure of the cancellation policy for your selected vacation rental, please call us at (877) 262-0430. Trip Insurance is available for purchase for added protection.

  • Where do I Check-In?

    Booking directly with Thousand Hills Vacations through this listing means you will have access to our on-site staff and will check in at our beautiful clubhouse, located at: 245 S. Wildwood Dr. Branson, MO 65616. Some homes offer self check-in, and instructions will be provided via email and other messaging platforms with instructions on how to access your vacation rental.

  • What are your Check-In and Check-Out times?

    Check-In is at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-Out time is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

  • What are your nightly rental rates?

    Our nightly rental rates are dynamic and can fluctuate throughout the season based on occupancy and availability. Check out our always up-to-date Lodging section for exact availability and pricing on our units.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We do offer an extremely limited selection of pet-friendly units on our website or by calling our friendly staff to discuss your options. You'll find an icon and information listed online on our vacation rental units that do offer a pet-friendly stay. Units that do not carry this designation unfortunately cannot allow pets unless they are an ADA-certified service animal.

  • Are there smoking units available?

    Our units are 100% non-smoking, including marijuana. Should a guest choose to smoke in the unit, an excessive cleaning fee will be applied to the reservation. See our terms & conditions for more info.

  • Is my credit card charged when I make a reservation online?

    Depending on the vacation rental, a 1-night (plus taxes and fees), or 30% of the total charge is taken to confirm all reservations, unless the reservation is made inside the cancellation window. When the cancellation window is reached, the remaining balance is charged by our system automatically to the card on file, and we will send you an updated receipt for the transaction. If a reservation is made inside the cancellation policy, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

  • Do I get anything special for booking directly with the resort?

    Yes! You'll get unique access to all the amenities Thousand Hills Resort has to offer, including pool access, discounted rounds of golf, BBQ grills, 24-hour maintenance and staff, and on-site concierge service to help you plan and book your entire Branson vacation. Guest comfort and experience is our ultimate goal.

  • Is there Wi-Fi in the unit I'm renting?

    Yes - all of our units at Thousand Hills Vacations are equipped with in-room Wi-Fi and the network information and passwords will be provided at check-in or can be found in your virtual guest guide or a black guest services binder you'll find in the unit after checking in.

  • Do you have monthly discounted rates?

    We do not typically offer monthly stays directly on our website, but please call us at (877) 262-0430 if you're interested in a monthly (or longer) stay for exact pricing.

  • Is the golf course available to the public?

    Yes, our course is available to our guests as well as to the public. Visit our Golf page for more information and to make tee times online.

  • What does a round of golf cost?

    Our golf rates vary by season and by time of day. Visit our Golf page for more information and to check availability. Also, please remember that as a resort guest, you'll be entitled to a special rate on golf while staying with us!

  • What attire is required? Are soft spikes required?

    All players are required to wear appropriate golf attire at all times. A shirt with a collar is required for men, no cut-offs, sweats, tank tops or clothing with offensive printing. Soft-spikes are preferred but not required.
