What is your cancellation policy?
All reservations are subject to a non-refundable Reservation Fee charged at the time of booking. We offer a full refund, minus this fee, if canceled at least: 7 days prior to Check-In for 2-bedroom and smaller cabins and condos, 14 days prior to Check-In for 3-bedroom and larger cabins and condos, or 30 days prior to Check-In for vacation homes and lodges. Inside of these timeframes, the full balance of the reservation is due and becomes fully non-refundable.
